Política de cancelación:
Sin gastos hasta 24 hrs antes de la salida, excepto donde se les indique lo contrario.
No presentación a la salida o anulación con menos de 24 hrs aplicaremos un 100% de gastos.

1.1 Prices are based on known costs at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice.
1.2 Excursion UK charges a £2 credit card transaction fee.
2.1 Reservations are required – please book as early as possible.
2.2 A booking reference will be provided to you as evidence of a booking entering our system but does not guarantee the operation of a tour, which depends on a number of conditions, such as a minimum number of places being sold.
3.1 Smoking is not permitted on any of the coaches and boats used on our tours nor in the majority of monuments and restaurants.
4.1 Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
5.1 Cancellations without charge are possible up to 24 hours before departure.
5.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, or no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
6.1 Insurance is not included. Please discuss this with your travel agent, tour operator or an insurance provider.
7.1 We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused.
7.2 We do not own or manage any of the vehicles, restaurants or monuments used in our tours and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.
8.1 We reserve the right not to operate a tour if we have not received bookings amounting to a minimum of 10 persons.
8.2 In the event of ‘Places of interest’ or restaurants being closed, or road conditions en-route prevent the tour as advertised being operated, every endeavour will be made to substitute an alternative, but the
8.3 Company reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements without notification.
8.4 The descriptions of our tours as detailed in our brochure and any other publication released from time to time, is only indicative of the tours as they normally operate; and tour components and routes may therefore vary.
8.5 Please be punctual. We recommend you are at your departure point 10 minutes before departure. We will not wait for latecomers.
8.6 Please give your voucher to the guide as confirmation of your tour.
8.7 We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem their acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
8.8 No servant or agent of ours can vary our conditions and any such purported variation shall be of no effect unless it has been signed by one of our Directors.
8.9 All matters concerning your booking shall be subject to English Law.
